"Henry Jones pleaded guilty to felony assault and reckless endangerment, and misdemeanor driving while intoxicated. He was sentenced in Schenectady County Court on Thursday.

Last July, Jones' SUV smashed into Officer John Favata's police cruiser, which burst into flames. Favata crawled out the passenger-side window and helped capture Jones, whose vehicle slammed into another car on a city street."

When are people going to learn about not drinking and driving. Seems that the laws in this country are too lax.

That is the sad point..they don't learn from mistakes..and even sadder the fact that others pay dearly for those stupid mistakes..Too many..far too many die at the hands of these drunk drivers every single year..

Laws do have to change..they do have to get tougher..but the biggest issue in too many areas are that some get away with a slap on the wrist..and get yet another change to go out and kill somebody..
