"Meet Oscar the bobcat. On June 19, Oscar underwent three hours of surgery at the Cornell University Hospital for Animals to repair a broken pelvis and femur he suffered after being hit by a car.

Now, the young male bobcat is recovering at the rescue center until vets decide if he can return to the wild."

Wonderful news. We cannot afford to lose our bobcats. They are a requirement in the ecosystem and human encroachment on their habitat has already put their populations in sharp decline.
