It is amazing that a child this young would choose to change sexes, and during the school yr where he was known as a boy before. i dont see what is wrong with it if this child truely feels he is a girl instead of a boy.
it should be this childs choice to what sex he/she feels they are.
parents who are worried thier childern may want to do the same are worried for nothing. children always want to do things other kids do if they find it different or amusing. all the parents have to do is explain that the boy feels inside he is really a girl.
poeple make too much out of this thing, and gays. it is not something contagious that your child can catch.

kids know who they are. as a tomboy, i knew i was still a girl. and, i suspect, the child was already being teased or would have been shortly. it's better to live honestly and comfortably.

This is sad. They had to get Protection for the family.

I hope everything works out for them.

There is something definitely wrong here... I think it must be at grass roots, and I wonder if the parents could of influenced this more to the detriment of the child
