What happens to those of us that can not afford any additional expenses at all. We must choose between food and heat in the winter because there is not enough money for both. Making something like this mandatory, forcing an expense and no choice in the matter on citizens that are suppose to have freedom of choice is wrong. What will they do with those of us that can not afford even $1.00 more a month in expenses? This will not solve all the issues in the Health Care System, it does imposes a bigger and more complicated bureaucracy. There are too many of us that this will actually harm and those that it will make matters worse and even more that want to make our own choices without the government telling us what we must do in our personal lives. If it is ALL an optional choice than fine, but as it reads now it is not. From the article; "The $1.3 trillion-dollar bill would require individuals to buy health insurance," the public option still requires we pay for something for which we do not have the money. Then what?
