Hi Kelli, I've signed and noted this. Though while I'm here at the News Article; our world systems are in too much disrepair for a cash injection. That's saying IF the world bank had the TRILLIONS for a massive societal reconstruction. Heck, the US owes 53 Trillion in debt and counting!
