I thought the tv miniseries based on Stephen King's novel "The Stand" was actually pretty good. The Will Smith film version of Richard Matheson's novel "I Am Legend" missed the point of the book. The novel was about the loneliness and alienation of a man who no longer fit in with a new society. The film version was just another zombie movie.

Thank you Nancy, did not watch the videos -- but did see the movies and I have to agree when they try to make special books into movies or "Mini Series" they miss so much..

So remember Sidney Sheldon's books that were made into mini series and I kinda wish I would of just remembered the BOOK.....

I agree, but I would add to the list Stephen Kings It, and Needful Things.
