No matter what is written, no matter what laws or rules are passed, if the parents don't establish a loving, nurturing home, schools will continue to struggle. And you can't blame the teachers for failures. Most teachers don't need inspiration. They need involved parents!

I, completely agree with you my Beloved Marian. There is a big necessity for parents to be involved with the education of their Children. Chidren Come First, but EDUCATION START AT HOME WITH PARENTS!
