Global warming isn't opinion. It's a scientific reality. The science shows that human activity has made enormous impacts to our planet that affect our well-being and survival.

It is very serious.

Though nothing will change if the majority chooses denial as a psychological coping strategy- it is so much more convenient to pretend it is not there than to actually take responsibility.
Strong, honest and insightful leadership on this is probably the only thing that can alter our fate!
Thanks Colleen for posting this.

I joined ! And yes, ditto Monica - this is immensely serious I hate to be a bugger, but I often feel we may be past the point of no return and have little faith that our leadership will put an end to the pandering to industry at the cost of our environment, even when scientists and climatologists are screaming louder than ever. But there is yet hope! "And the hope and the faith and the love are all in the waiting" Thank you Colleen!

Joined the march. Thanx Colleen. It doesn't take a rocket scientist, no matter what political side you're on, to see that climate change is not "junk science." Even a 5 year old knows somethings wrong, when it's 80 degrees in the wintertime!

Joined the march. Now, if we could just get our politicians on the same page as our scientists maybe we could make some progress before its too late.

Thanks so much for this. A very informative website with lots of ideas about how we can all make a direct impact and help out. Spread far and wide.

Yep, it's real and happening right now. And we'd damn well better do something about it before it's too late (if it isn't already).
