I use to make dreamcatchers like that one but my favorite and harder to make ones were the beaded kind. I did it as a hobby and my wife use to give them away. Eventually, a few people wanted to buy them and a craft agency wanted several dozen, then I ended up doing a couple dozen for a conference. I burned out doing so many at one time and I stopped for a while. After I moved here I made a few for a craft shop and someone bought them all in one sale. With work and so much to do I never made any in years.

I think this is a very worthwhile cause. We American people owe the Native American people alot since we took everything away from them, lied to them, and stole from them the land that belonged to them.in the first place. We in this country seen to have our priorities in the wrong order. I cannot donate money because I live on a fixed income with nothing to spare. But my heart and prayers have always been with the Native American people. My first husband was Cherokee so my daughter is part Cherokee. God bless you Kat for the work you do.

Our nation supports only those that want to kill our lands and well being. There will be a day when all is said and done when the Native American rises to take back what is rightfully theirs and with it comes harmony, peace and happy souls.
Can that day come soon enough?

I remember I made one in college years ago. There was a small bazaar and many Native Americans were selling beautiful silver jewlery. They had a table where they taught the students how to make dreamcatchers. It was fun. I still have that jewlery. I'll check the site. Thanks.
