Started out writing my comments under the petition I signed and ended up writing a long letter instead, (imagine that). So I have my letter already. Deleted my letter and wrote a short comment on the petition. Letters will be sent and I will try to encourage others to do the same.
Thanks Kat!

Done it Kat and I do hope this works for him this time. He desereve's to be home and free to be with his family with what years he has left. He has done a lot of good for people in there too. So much more if they will only open there eye's and see the real man that he is. Prayers going up for him. Thanks Kat

I have been writing letters and signing petitions for years, and I always hope this time he will finally be freed. So again, we must do what we can, make a loud noise for freedom and hope that at along last this FBI scapegoat will be granted his freedom. Thanks Kat. I wish him good luck this time and will of course write letters and did sign on the one offered here. When even one man is held as a political prisoner, then no one is safe.

What kind of society is America? Had this man been convicted of murder in the UK he would have been released years ago with good behaviour. Incaceration of an apparently innocent man for so long is a travesty of justice and an inditement of the US legal system! Free this man now or come up with credible evidence of guilt. I suspect he is the victim of the usual kind of Government scapegoatism that seems to accompany the death of a law officer and they haven't got a credible suspect, fit up the nearest native American looking person in this case! Seems to me America is a bit behind the UK on human rights issues and we are not very good on that score as we keep arresting people of Pakistani or similar appearance under our terror laws and then have to release them becuase we can find no evidence of terrorist activity not even membership of care2! We really messed up big time when UK police shot dead a Brazilian electrician cos they thought he looked a bit foreign and was carrying a bag! The arrogant authorities still have not owned up or satisfactorily apologised to the relatives for that one. So come on America put up the evidence or release this man PDQ! Or you put yourselves in the same category as Burma, China, North Korea, Zimbabwe, the Nazis, Stalinist Russia and any other unpleasant dictatorial regime you care to mention. I have signed and noted this one.
