Because pink sea fans are so vulnerable to damage and very slow-growing, they are supposed to be protected. But this rare coral found off the coast near Plymouth, Eng. is being buried in silt. The silt comes from dredging for warships at Devonport docks.

In February a 9-month-old boy was fingerprinted and charged with attempted murder by police in Lehore Pakistan. The family's lawyer said the charges should have been dropped, but why was a baby charged with a crime in the first place?!
