What a sick world we live in. If they didn't want the baby, they could just have put her up for adoption, turned her over to a hospital, there are so many options that would have spared this baby this horrid abuse. I hope they prosect them to the full extent of the law. There is just no excuse for doing something like this to a 6 week old infant. There are so many childless couples who would have loved to have been able to adopt her. This just makes me so sad for the baby and furious at those who did this. How could a mother allow this?
