Kids also love making and eating the pumpkin seeds too. Baking the seeds after carving the pumpkin is a really special treat for them!

Mjam. Another good seed is papaya seed: dry them, grind them and make tea from them. Especially good for women's health (uterus etc.). The Peruvian indigenous women use them a lot.
