Scientists have found further evidence that dolphins call each other by "name". Research has revealed that the marine mammals use a unique whistle to identify each other.

More evidence that dolphins are very smart critters. One more reason to NOT keep them in captivity.

They are so beautiful. I don't know if anyone else ever saw the video that i saw on YouTube. Not C2. It as a dolphin that divers saw was helping trouble swimming. The dolphin went up to the divers it seemed for help. The divers saw it was a hook in It's fin or what ever you call it that made it difficult for it to swim. It stayed right with the diver while he did everything to remove the hook. It only had to go up for air and came right back to the divers who continued to help. At the end it was fully helped..... It let the divers help. Wanted help and stayed right there letting the divers help. It was beautiful. It's not surprising to me they have their own language or rather have names they know each other by. I loved this post.

This wonderful post reminded me of that video. I'm sure some people saw it.
Thank You for this post RAY!!
