I cannot sign but noted it. Every single country must bring in stricter laws with dedicated animal laws and dedicated judges to preside over animal abusers. There should be zero leniency shown to these barbaric criminals and whatever charges are brought against them should stick. In my opinion they are in the same category as murderers and should be treated as such.
