In the nick of time....thank goodness.., at least i know now why there sre so many dogs on the streets!. the stray dogs became problematic in Romania back in the 1980's when President Nicolae Ceausescu called for the demolition of traditional housing across the country and built large numbers of high rise apartment blocks. Romanian citizens had only three days notice to move and were forced to leave their pet dogs on the street but continued to feed them.
shame, imagine how terrible those people must be feeling too!

FANTASTIC! The government and citizens of this country outta hang their heads in shame 4 being so damn heartless and irresponsible to allow the stray population get this outta control. The poor dogs didn't ask to be born--especially into this miserable hell. So take responsibility and start fixing them instead of murder. Thanks Kelly

Happily noted and can now go to bed feeling a little happier tonight instead of in tears knowing that there is a glimmer of hope for ALL the poor unwanted, unloved stray dogs in Romania,my heart and prayers are for the dogs that have already suffered a gruesome death this week and did not get the chance of finding love and happiness. Please let this be a new chapter for Romania's dogs to be spayed/neutered and given the chance of finding loving homes.THANK YOU to everyone here and all around the world for speaking up for the voiceless, warms my heart to know so many people care about their plight. Its been a very sad couple of weeks thinking about these poor dogs suffering living on the streets.Thank you so much dear Kelly for making my night.Liz Xx

A brief reprieve is just not good enough! It has to be permanent. Don't know how much more of this Romanian issue I can handle before having a nervous breakdown! This despicable nation is on par with the Asian countries when it comes to cruelty! RIP precious babies that we so cruelly killed, you are safe now, away from the heartless and barbaric horrors these wicked people inflicted upon you.
