Used to live in Mpls...glad they rescued these dogs, especially those puppies. Hope they continue to go after these people.

Lock the man in a cage then invite the 15 dogs in and lock the door for 30 minutes, invite the dogs out after that. I hope the dogs will be saved and have a home finally.

What makes people want to do such a thing, there sure are a lot of bad people out there these days. So glad to hear they were arrested and hope they are punished to the full extent of the law.
