On 14 November, Prof. Bas Blaauboer will be presented with the Willy van Heumen Prize by the Alternatives for Laboratory Animals Stimulus Fund Foundation. The award will include a prize of 25,000 Euros.

Sadly there are those who would rather do their unreliable testing on animals even with the technology available. Are they secretly related to the Marquis de Sade I wonder or maybe the Blood Countess who was equally as bad? Such lack of caring makes me winder. Things are moving slowly but maybe someday the cruelty in labs will end.
