This bill can not be allowed to pass. It would be shameful and these poor animals' pain and suffering would truly be in silence. This bill would be doing a disservice to the public by allowing potentially unethical research programs to remain secretive, but yet they are funded by taxpayer's money.

Nope not going to sign. I support animal testing and experiments. Too many time humans are exposed to damaging chemical that looked safe in non animal tests but proved not so when on the market.
