Seriously?????

Exactly how did she STEAL them from you?

By posting it for you on the news network?????

Give me a break!!!!

She was trying to help you, and this is what she gets in return??

HOW VERY VERY RUDE!!!!!!

Cheyenne- once you publish it become Public Domain, and Fair Use.

There isnt any "stealing" involved.

once you publish it become Public Domain, and Fair Use.. This is a true statement when you post just a few at a time then leave them. But when you are sent a list of them in a personal message, it is just simple curtsey to ask the sender if this is ok.

I'm not saying these petitions were stolen, but not to be asked if you can post a list of 20+ petitions..
You tell me 'What's Rude...

My first time back here since this was posted.
First of all CHEYENNE, I had done nothing wrong to you. I did nothing intentionally to do anything behind your back or take "credit" for anything that you have done. Yes I thought I was helping by sharing. We SHARE here!

After you decided to TRY and bash me with your accusations and threats, all the friends that wrote to me about this, were totally on my side because they know that I would not "steal" anything and that I do have a big heart and I am here for the right reasons, to help make a difference in this world.

What I did learn from your rediculous allegations, is that some people need more attention then others and that would be more like you. I also learned that I need to pay more attention to petitions that I share and I sign as YOURS did not have a Target (a legitimate one) so therefore we both wasted our time. I am now more aware of what I sign and I do my research the best I can. WHERE ARE THESE "PETITIONS GOING TO? I am now embarrassed that my name is mentioned on anything that you did.

I would have taken my name off of all of them if I could have, only because someone here that I totally respect, pointed out the fabricated Target to me.
YOU did get credit for writing up petitions, they just were not done right.

SO YOUNG LADY, DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND DON'T JUDGE SOMEONE IF YOU DON'T KNOW THEM!

BTW: I did ask the person that sent these to me if I could share them and he said no problem. Your name got put on most of the tags. I had never heard of Cheyenne before this and I hope I never do again unless you apologize to me.

ATTENTION FRIENDS OF JULIE E. PLEASE READ THE ABOVE. My apologies to you all. Thank you all so much for your kind words and for your great advice :)

After looking at your comment again Cheyenne, if you truly feel the way you do, and it sure looks like it with the bold letters, then I do apologize for upsetting yo so much. I did learn a HUGE lesson about adding my name to anything that is not researched first.

You may be right Borg- but there is a HUGE difference between calling someone "A THIEF" and guilty of being "RUDE" now, isnt there?

Borg Drone (24)
Monday February 18, 2013, 6:18 pm
No, not really Nyack. to even call someone a thief Is rude !! especially when they're not.
Luckily i made no such claim of Theft.. And as Julie has commented ' I did ask the person that sent these to me if I could share them and he said no problem' This clears up the authorization to post them, to which i apologize to Julie for my accusation. (Also Rude)

Arguing on someone else s news posts about petitions that have Neither of our names on them. Also rude.

I never said you made any such claim Borg- this thread is NOT all about you.

I am refer to when Cheyenne said this to Julie-
"THIS AND MANY OTHERS ARE MY PETITIONS WHICH ARE STOLEN FROM ME "

Fair Use, I I have stated, requires no permission, but? If you would like to have a go at changing copyrite laws, have a good go at it

And if you think I am "RUDE" for pointing out a copyright law- so be it. At least I don't live in a world where my choice is to be POLITELY ignorant.
