Blame also Japan, along with Thailand and Vietnam. Blame the United States, too. There still is a trade for ivory here, although the Obama administration to its credit did just consummate a ban on the commercial import of African elephant ivory.

I think the blame is shared by anyone that participates in the trade and or sale of ivory.

China cares nothing about the lives of any animal~~why, they don't even value the lives of humans, either. They are a ruthless, greedy culture who would kill their own mothers and children if they thought they could make a dime off of them. I will buy NOTHING made in China or anything that China as anything to do with. I refuse to participate in their soulless, heartless evil.

BOYCOTT PRODUCTS FROM CHINA! I know it's hard- practically everything is made in China these days- but try to make things last longer so you don't have to buy Chinese products as often!
