According to the article this testing will be done only for the seeing and hearing impaired, usually such impaired need special equipment which most cannot afford. So is it just the rich who are being used and neither does it say how many or from one part of the world these testors are coming. I am a skeptic and for some reason this sounds like they are trying to make lists of disabled for a reason not yet given.
