Gladly signed, noted and commented. Thank you...with crossed fingers she'll get to keep her garden...maybe we can help get those rules changed.

Does not look like a structure at all per photo. Please allow this handicapped woman and her child to have a veggie GARDEN. The garden adds beauty and is practical. The garden is also teaching the child on the wonders of nature's abundance.

Ty, Freya.

What on earth 'structure' means? I am not very good at English? Could anyone tell me, please?

Thanks Freya.

signed. I guess the 'structure' referred to must be a raised bed. How petty!

Signed and noted what a wonderful thing to have a garden. Should be encouraged and allow people to have a little garden.

Noted and signed. Hope they get to keep the garden. Maybe the rules could be changed. A garden can be very therapeutic, educational and fun. Due to mothers disabilities there may be a lot of tasks which they can not do together. Keep Mother, daughter and garden together so they all keep growing and blossoming. Good luck

signed. Do they also ban container/flower pot gardens? In winter, everything looks bleak, why not let the girl keep the garden through harvest time?
