Thank them if they voted for women - or scold them for siding with Hobby Lobby and other religious nut jobs.

Pretty much what I figured. Casey (D from PA), cares about women.

Toomey (R from PA), doesn't.

The senators who voted NO, should be ashamed of themselves. Of course, that will never happen, as long as the Koch Brothers and their cohorts make large contributions to their campaigns.
I'm not pretending to be surprised, only continually disappointed that our legislators will never 'grow up', and become the people we hoped they would be, when they were elected ~ in other words, people with morals and a conscience.

I had always fallen into the trap, that America is No. 1, and sets a good example to the rest of the world. That may have been the case, sometime in the past, but, it certainly, is not the case, as we speak.

Did not surprise me that Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) voted against women. I gladly let him know as I have on many other issues.

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) has aspirations to run for President.

If you are a woman and would be so inclined to vote Republican; kindly remember that when you go vote if he should ever become a Presidential Candidate. If you can't bear to go Democrat then at least look to 3rd Parties and place your vote there.

For those women or the men that love them that are living in Florida......vote this creep out.....please!

The WaterBoy (Rubio), doesn't have a chance at the presidency. He got replaced by their other golden boy, Cruz. Cruz has been suspiciously quietish lately or maybe I just haven't noticed him.

Isn't it interesting that 98% of the listed Senators who voted against women are males? I do wonder what John McCain and Larry Craig's thoughts are on this matter. Down with all these money mongering women hating fools. Just because she works for you does not mean you have the right to stick your dirty nose in her private affairs and dictate her right to contraceptives. We all know this is not about religion, but about money & the wealthy 1% elite looking for a way to profit in the long run. This is the 21 century not the Nuclear Family era, & still to this day we're facing ever more marginalization on women's rights. These people make me sick.

noted. I live in Canada where we have majority very conservative government ... said majority government achieved by garnering less than 40% of the national vote - outrageous IMO. It should never be possible for any party to form a majority government unless they win a majority 6 ways to sunday.

BUT it is Canada and even with a majority government they haven't tried to get rid of abortion or bring back the death penalty - they wouldn't dare (I don't think, he says nervously).

We have a lunatic fringe and we are much closer to being like the U.S. than we used to be, but we still don't have the level of division that exists in the U.S. We are essentially still a "liberal" country with a conservative government whereas IMO the U.S. is a conservative country with a slightly liberal president but an otherwise very conservative government.

It's all crazy.

Regarding health care, I am SO HAPPY to be living in Canada. Though its not perfect, and we have long waits for some surgeries, abortion is paid for if needed, and health care is affordable. But as Barry says, we have a very right wing federal government, and that is a real drag!

Noted. I have one good senator, Kay Hagan (D-NC) and one absolutely horrendous senator, Richard Burr (R-NC). I sent Hagan a thank you and let Burr have it for his usual BS votes. The man is detestable. I'm not sure how he lives with himself. I did ask him, but I'm sure he won't respond.

I do not even need to look to see how the two low life scum bags from Oklahoma did.......they are the lowest of the low! I am so embarrassed by the way the Repulsivican Party has ruined so much in our country. Little by little they are taking us back to the 18th. Century......their HATE of women, people of color, those who do not buy into their religious fear mongering, those who do not have money, those who actually think!, those who believe in alternative energy, equal rights for all, those who believe in equal pay (Oklahoma gov. MF passed a LAW forbidding the ability for anyone in our state to pay minimum wages!!!!).....I could go on and on but since we, the women of this country have been slammed in so many ways we MUST vote in order to bring so sort of peace and fairness to our country! We have the power by standing together to make real changes and hope!
