These police are so hepped up today, they charge in, thinking everyone is a master criminal, with their swat gear, dogs, weapons, and all they do is terrorize the public. They don't want to listen anymore, they don't use common sense anymore.

Even the most simple of requests are ignored, such as the Elder asking to place pants on and shoes on her feet. Both could have been checked to make sure nothing was in them, why couldn't she do that. Husband is willing to show them that the plants are not marijuana, but no, their so called "expert" who obviously is not, had said the plants were marijuana.

Also thank you to the busy body Agent that was there to look at tree damage and made a mountain out of nothing. I hope someone has made him aware at all the damage he caused.

Unbelievable!
Police then walked her outside the house and left her standing, handcuffed, in her underwear in public for 10 minutes, before taking her, barefoot, down a gravel driveway to a police car. The suit claims police refused her request to let her put on sandals.
