Astronauts in orbit around the Earth often gaze down on a world lit at night by city lights. Now researchers suggest that scientists could detect alien civilizations from similarly bright lights.

Visitors came many times looking for intellegent life on the 3rd planet orbiting this sun. Sadly, they found absolutely none in the highly populated area the inhabitants refer to as Washington, DC. Their linquist came to the conclusion the word politician translates to mentally challenged leaders.

Stupid and arrogant humans think they are unique and I hope we are because we are not nice to say the least.
To believe that we are the only planet with life on it is ridiculous, because our planet and everything on it has all the very same elements as in the rest of the Universe.

Hmmmm.....unless they don't need lights because they can see in the dark....or have no eyes...or it never gets dark, or live under the surface of the earth....

well....unfortunately there are a lot of arrogant and stupid people out there - you only have to look at the environmental disaster we've inflicted upon our home to find proof of that - however i prefer to use the terms misinformed and uneducated. Also - Marianna - whereas getting to know Christ may help you to live well you can not assume that this is the best path for everyone, and this must be respected as everyone has the right to formulate their own opinion based on their personal beliefs and the information they have been provided with. As for the aliens, well of course they're out there, who knows what they're like but the idea that our planet is home to the only forms of life in the entire infinite enormity of the universe sounds a trifle silly to me!

Why not ? The idea of "Christ" doesn't mean to me that there is no extra terrestrial life." I believe"...
