Very interesting. I don't think I could be quite as dedicated, but it looks like it would be fun to visit and experience how things were done in the past.. Love the glow-y first photo of her abode. Looks very cozy and like stepping back in time. Amazing how humans can adapt if necessary.

I wish I had the courage to live off the grid like she has.But I guess,if push comes to shove,we all could.It'll be difficult at first,then get easier as time went on,,,,,maybe.
