Stop the hangover before it happens - drink as much water as you can before going to bed, at least 5 glasses, more if you can possibly manage it. Hydration is the key. You will wake up feeling like a million bucks. Works every time, unlike those ridiculous hangover cures you read about which never work. If you overindulge, water is the answer :)

A sports drink for the lectrolytes and some ibuprofen should work. And of course, lots of water.
