It's amazing how our animals always protect us... even after centuries of abusing and mis-using them to our own needs.

Years ago when I was little, I lived alone with my grandma who was quite old. She had a siamese cat, who was about 20 at the time this happened and he saved us one night. He got on the bed and yowled that famous siamese yowl until she woke up, and she heard someone breaking in and called the police. The person heard her on the phone and ran off thank God! It wouldn't have turned out good with an elderly woman and a young girl who was scared to death so RIP and thank you sweet Stevie the siamese who saved us so long ago!

Just one more reason to add to the thousand others, why we should treat animals with kindness & respect! They always have our Best interest at heart. It is time that we reciprocate & treat them all like living being that they are with a sixth sense that makes them quite smart if not smarter then us humans! And why humans choose to abuse animals so badly every day! And if we have it rough these days, how does an animals life feel like on a daily basis for as long as they have been sharing this world with humans. Yet they will do whatever it takes to look out for us, protect us to their last breath, they will love us more then they love themselves! Shame on humans! Lucky for us, we are fortunate to have animals share our lives. thanks Brenda.

Pets love their owners more than they realize. They are the ones that stay faithful to you, even on a bad day they comfort you. Do we give them that extra attention on their bad days?
