"What I am proposing is not easy. It's just the easiest path we have. It will be easier, the more of us get involved, the more of us refrain from discouraging each other with our knowledge of how hard the struggle will be". NO MORE WAR!

Oh dear David, I think you will be in trouble again with our US cousins for defacing one of the sacred cows of American Life...namely their flag.
I was rather disappointed by this article that seems to suggest in far too many words that the only way forward for the peace Movement was to get their representatives to launch political moves and bills. If history has taught us anything it shows that those with the greatest clout do not take this route...Gandhi, M L King, John Lennon, Mother Teresa, Desmond Tutu, Jeremy Gilley and of course Nelson Mandela...all achieved so much for peace by avoiding their politicians and launching out on their own crusades. Never underestimate the power of the single voice...Care2 is based upon this principle...and so too thank goodness is the Peace Movement. In fact the single thing that I would agree with is that a crowd is made up of like minded single voices.
