Registered as the dutiful daughter of a staunch Republican years ago. Have since become disillusioned by the whole process. Right to vote...? Yes, my ancestors fought the good fight for that one but lately, I feel it was all in vain....

For forty years I have voted dem and reb. For 40 years It has not worked. I am voting independent this year because both are wrong. I will set a new course for myself and hope you join me. Lynda Q yes those of us who can remember back when.....it is a common occurrence in most places, opposition party promises much..then wins.....then nothing much changes....JUST MORE OF THE SAME. We get shafted again......but you do have someone different smiling at you over the TV.
