As always, too much of something is usually bad for you. But in moderation, some of the "unhealthy" things that we do might actually have some health benefits.

I'm not so sure that soda's benefits outweigh it's negatives but loved the article. Based on the bad habit of swearing, I can evidently handle a lot of pain!

Best regards, Paul

There is always something positive about most things we eat, drink, use, do and so forth. But, the key ingredient in all of them is MODERATION!!! Eggs can be a great source of protein, but a dozen a day is not great for the heart and cholesterol, Wine in a limited moderation can help keep the blood thinned some, and certain ones help in keeping red blood cells up and healthy, but 10 glasses a day is NOT what they mean. Whether it be a hobby, something we choose to consume, exercise and so forth as I said and most experts will say, being moderate and sensible is the key to things being healthy for us.
