Theoretically the Oz government has taken them to the International Court in the Hague, says it has. But like most things the Oz government does, it doesn't... Have not heard one word about that, but 'it would seem the sensible thing to do.

Much less death defying than the antics of the Sea Shepherd, and hopefully final.

Wish we knew which whale sounds meant "danger Aholes are on the way" so they would leave the area.

Can't understand how this continues year after year...without intervention from other nations. DISGUSTING
