As polar bears struggle to survive rising global temperatures, it is more important than ever that they receive the highest possible levels of protection. Please tell teh Obama administration to reclassify polar bears from "threatened" to "endangered"

Petition sponsored by the National Wildlife Federation Action Fund:

As polar bears struggle to survive in the face of impacts from rising global temperatures, it is more important than ever that this iconic Arctic species receive the highest possible levels of protection.

Right now, the Obama Administration is evaluating whether to reclassify the polar bear from "threatened" to "endangered" under the federal Endangered Species Act.

This reclassification would grant polar bears stronger protections and conservation resources, helping them survive the many challenges they face.

TAKE ACTION! Help increase protections for the polar bear by editing and sending the message below to the Department of the Interior.

I wish he would indeed put polar bears on the Endangered Species list, however, at this point I have little faith he or Salazar (The Czar of Wolf Slaughter) will do any such thing. Environmentally this Administration has been disappointment after disappointment. President Obama wouldn't even sign an executive order to permanently protect ANWR on its fiftieth anniversary. When he campaigned, he said science would be the determining factor in such situations. Show me the science. Unnecessary delays in listing the polar bear as endangered, and the slaughter of wolves are two of the consequences of his not keeping environmental campaign promises. Science? Where??

Climate Change was to journalism what abusive priests were to religion. Listen to your readers and subscribers and customers. We want you to stop embarrassing yourselves and journalism and all of civilized humanity for your irresponsible stand on the CO2 mistake.
A petition to have the feds investigate all News Editors for inciting climate change riots and leading us to the false war of climate change and condemning our children to “DEATH BY CO2” is at:
Boycott this source of news and make them pay for 24 years of needless panic and fear mongering.
