According to scientists, humanity has begun its next major shift: we are now entering the "Hybrid Age". Across the entire range of scientific and technological disciplines changes are occurring that were unimaginable a few decades ago.

Other than in the title, this article doesn't mention 2020 and doesn't explain how many "Sensors" will be in humans. It says IBM estimates there will be "one trillion sensors connected to the Internet by 2015; sensors will be part of every technology from automobiles to fashion to eating utensils, you name it.", but none of those are "embedded" in people. So, if there will already be a trillion sensors by 2015, then a trillion in 2020 sounds like five years of no growth.

Also, sensors are not scary. All they do is convert a physical quantity (light, heat, pressure, motion, etc) into a form that can be useful. A thermometer is a sensor that tells us temperature. A speedometer is a sensor that tells us how fast something is going. Of course, as with any technology, they can be used for good or bad purposes.

I won't say it's not possible...because anything is possible in our ever changing world.

Slow down and use due diligence. Remember genetically altered foods. It is wonderful to replace a missing limb, and perhaps we all would like to have a boost to our memories (or not), but life is more complex than MIT or any other smart 'institution' has imagined,...

We've been placing chips in our dogs and cats so we can locate them if they get lost or taken for years now, but people or reluctant to apply the same technology to keep our children safe. 797,500, children ages 18 and under are kidnapped in the US each year or approximately 2,185 children per day.
The rest of the things can be for good or bad as was noted by Roger Skinner before.
