If you've ever camped on rocky or soggy ground, if you've ever worried about animals, crawling bugs, or reptiles visiting you while you sleep, or if you're looking for the next big think in camping, you've been waiting for the Tentsile.....

I can just see hauling all sorts of stuff up and down a rope ladder into this lol! Not to mention kids (and yes adults stumbling in and out first thing in the morning or half asleep at night) falling out of the tent or off the ladder.
Nope, every ground tent has waterproof plastic flooring for 'soggy ground' and if you're in too soggy ground that you need to be hoisted off it, you will be getting soggy, muddy, feet that you'll be tracking into the tree tent anyway. Solution? Don't be a dummy and camp on too soggy ground, or rocky ground that's too un-level to pitch a tent.
As for the 'cold ground', that's what thermarest's are for (slightly air-inflated lightweight bedrolls) or air mattresses, and/or good sleeping bags.
How about trying to get used to swaying back and forth in a big wind in a tree tent, to and fro, to and fro, to and fro....hurl.
This is a case of an idea that is trying to be sold by the inventor.

Interesting but not safe enough for me.

I don't know. I just wonder how just one person could set up a tent like this. What about if the ladder falls down? What about kids, and if you have to relieve yourself at night?
