This form of aircraft has never really disappeared. I well remember, when a seaman, during WW 2 on a tanker seeing the Navy/Coastguard Blimps escorting us New York to Texas bound. Unfortunately they only operated a day shift and the German U boats then took over on the night watch.

those zeppelins culd really help with disaster aid think about having flying hospitals with operating capabilities and so on and im sure ppl wuld prefer the larger areas and bit slower speed over cramped airplane seats i kno i would :)and more than that the possibilities r endless
