I like the Living Green Magazine - it is full of helpful stuff like this article. I am finding more and more, that switching my diet to mostly vegetarian - leaning vegan is making me feel healthier and I have a lot more energy. Bonus is that it keeps me nice and slim too! I don't eat wheat at all (not even a little bit).. I think it is evil stuff (does horrible things to my insides).
