If we don't act soon, the U.S. Forest Service could finalize the largest old-growth timber sale in America's Rainforest in decades. We have an opportunity to save the Tongass rainforest--but we need your urgent help now to tell agency officials .....

The Tongass’ old-growth temperate rainforest provides some of the last safe havens for species that are threatened and endangered in the lower 48 states—including wolves, bears, salmon, and other wildlife.

Thanks Frans for the alert and the petition - signed, noted and spread. I fail to understand why we people MUST destroy everything grown by nature? Instead of protecting it and using it wisely we take it, alter it (see GMO) and destroy the original source. Rather schizophrenic I'd say!

Danger on every side. Our oceans, our forests, our Mother Earth herself is being fracked!!! We are betrayed by those we trusted. Our air is dangerous to breathe and our water brings pollution. Our
girls are kidnapped. It is as if the iron pots of destruction have been poured upon the Earth.

We wrestle not against flesh and blood but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of THIS world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Danger threatens from all sides. Who will rescue us? We have banned Creator from our government, our courts, our schools and from our hearts.

Do not think that Creator does not feel pain. The good book says he cried tears over Israel, for a hundred years as he begged them to change their ways and stop making more and more negative karma. They would not stop breaking the laws that govern the universe. At last, letting humans have their will he said, "Those who are for the pestilence, to pestilence and those who are for the sword, to the sword, those who are for famine, to famine, and those who are for captivity to captivity."

My translation....."You insist on your karma and will not change your ways. I cannot help you when you shut me out. Then have your karma!"

Creator helps us!!!

How can he?

We do not allow it.

And yet, when the karma was paid up, Creator rescued beloved Israel.

Will he rescue us?

Why should he?

Noted and signed When are they going to get it? The Tongass is one of the few old-growth temperate rainforests in the world and America’s largest national forest. Its towering stands of 700 year old trees provide vital habitat for bears, salmon, Sitka black-tailed deer, goshawks, and—importantly—the rare and dwindling Alexander Archipelago wolf. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service recently found that, because of excessive old-growth logging, this unique subspecies of wolf may warrant listing under the Endangered Species Act. The wildlife that will be endangered is in mutitudes, and old growth is necessary to help with
the climate change, there just isn't enough forest left to have a vital impact on the climate change. I am beginning to think if the government's aren't going to wisen up then we will have to take our manicured lawns and make our own forests on our property. I have personally planted 15 trees on my property and I'm not sure that I am done as of yet. It's my property screw them and I live in the city,

What are the powers that be thinking these days? Don't they realize trees, forests are so important for all life forms on this planet, these people cannot breath money and money will not save them when the last trees are gone and they are lamenting their own demise.
And now these three remain
But the greatest of these is love
Love & Peace go with you all
