Crossroads GPS.

Rove’s group spent more than $70 million on political ads in 2012. Its application to be a social-welfare organization is pending before the IRS—more than two years after it was filed.

Keep investigating. No apologies necessary IRS. The Tea Party aka Koch Bros Party are "supposedly" against Social Welfare anyway, so why are they applying for it? Help 'em stay true to their vision, even though they cannot themselves. Besides, anyone with connections to the Koch Party needs investigating. And with over 1,100 Tea Party applications. They feel targeted, but with over 1,100 applications for tax exempt status, there should be a lot of investigating of why they want to freeload off the public dole.
