The 3-year-old case of a woman charged with dropping her pit bull puppy down a trash chute will go to trial July 9. The dog, later named "Patrick," was rescued the day before St. Patrick's Day 2011, emaciated and near death

This has been going on forever it seems...even if this thing gets the 18 month max...it will never be enough justice 4 Patrick. Just throw her into a concrete cage+starve her! Thx Michael

I agree that there will never be enough justice for Patrick-as far as human law goes...but one cannot escape KARMA.

There is something miraculous about Patrick. ♥ His career Patricia Smillie-Scavelli says Patrick today gives enormous love and sleeps in bed with her and the cat.
Many times animal abuse cases are swept under rug but Kisha Curtis must be appropriately punished to show that animal cruelty is a serious crime.
