This is such an important step. The new stats show that women are leading the way in corporate sustainability, bless their hearts for that. Lets all hope that the women can expand this, because us men surely do not have the same capabilities. It will be the women that save us in this very important facet of change. Lets help them where WE CAN. Thx Matt
