Wonderful story, so,pleased that someone took care of these.
To those remarks made re cats, I would like you to know that we have taken in 4 dogs and 4 cats, all strays, we have had them all checked, shots etc and unless required sooner, all 8 go for an annual check up, boosters etc. (costs about $1000.00 per vista fir all 8)the point being is that we love animals be them dog, cat, rabbit, bird etc etc, they become part of your life-they give so much and expect so little in return. Just remember there are NO BAD ANIMALS only bad people who made them that way

Noted. I did read this story the other day but it's great to scan it again. Bless that woman and her team for daving Momma Adele and all her puppies. In the picture, I especially like the second female with no name. If I were closer and lived in a house {rather than an apartment} I'd snap her up in a heartbeat. Thanks ssso much, BarbCat.

Jon S, your comments are completely off-topic and absolutely cruel. How you can talk about putting a skinned alive and/or gutted alive cat on someone's doorstep is beyond me. It is animal cruelty and speaks of a depraved mind to even consider it.
