Arizona has also joined the effort to form this two tier system. Everyone may vote in the general election by the guidelines the the federal election commission. Anyone who votes in a state election must prove citizenship.
For you ladies out there that may be divorced, or recently remarried that means if your voter ID is not current and proven to the state, you will not be allowed to vote. I see this as the next level to the war on women. Don't wait.
