I could lose about 10lbs. although I am not much on breakfast, sounds like something to think about. I love pasta and potatoes so the carbs are probably going to stay in my diet. Thanks for the heads up Mimi.

Mimi Dear One thanx for the post. I know there are many who do struggle with weight problems and for health reasons must do something about it - but - just remember - as long as you are healthy and your weight is not a health problem - do not let anyone make you feel less a person because of over-weight. We are all beautiful souls - just the way we are - beauty is from inside - if you do want to lose the xtra weight - then make sure you are doing it FOR YOU - not because of or for anyone else. Blessings.
