A federal appeals court Tuesday struck down a state law requiring airlines to give food, water, clean toilets and fresh air to passengers stuck in delayed planes, saying the measure was well-intentioned but stepped on federal authority.

Let's make sure that this law also applies to Air Force 1 and all government planes - why should the taxpayers foot the bill for their in-flight food, etc.

Great idea, Roseann! But since The Decider gets to decide Everything, I don't think he'll go for not having gourmet meals and bathroom privileges on HIS plane.
