This is one thing we really don't have to bug congress about. They are already working to implement Gore's carbon credit TAX to increase our energy bills and generate more money for congress to spend on pork barrel projects. You can look for this to happen quickly because they are probably going to need the money to bailout some more banks because the 700 billion ain't doing the job like they said it would. Lets hope they set aside a little of the new tax to fund research in renewable energy.
