It kind of confounds the Global Waming scam doesn't it.?
I'd love to see the original news story because I find this quote intriguing:

"The rise in the number of glaciers belied the impact of the global warming phenomena in this region with the scientist pointing out that the impact of global warming has never been a factor in the climate of the border state with the state being landlocked and surrounded by the mountainous landscape on all sides."
As if that would exempt it from global conditions. Whenever you poke a whole in the hypothesis, a reason is found for the circumstances being exceptional....the rules don't apply because we say so.
