Noted... at this point, I am in favor of exempting the small food producers from this bill. They are still regulated and covered under state and local law. Somehow it seems as if it is an attempt by large food manufacturers to put the small farmers, small markets and small food processors out of business by putting an undue burden on them under the guise of food safety. I still have questions....

I can't send you a green star but I totally agree!!! This bill has the potential to make it illegal to actually grow your own food organically if it isn't spelled out better than it currently is....there needs to be some concession for small time producers and individual "back yard" produce growers!!!

can you say Monsanto seeds--- they will be the only seeds that we will be allowed to grow from... For our own safety of course LOL
