It is obvious homes are not built the way they were before modern advances. Homes built two hundred years ago are more efficient than the average home today!

There is so much we can do.

Keep up the good work. This is free enterprise at its best.

sounds great but i bet they will have a hard time getting it in as homes in a neighborhood!!

I hope it will be eligible for USDA home loan programs. A friend qualified under their Program 502 rules but at this time, mobile homes do not qualify as the normal construction is normally too shoddy for a long-term mortgage risk. If this article is correct, these structures will appreciate over time, not depreciate like other mobiles. I will be tracking this story, and interested in one myself. Thanks for this link!
